DEDICATED TO 9/11 AND THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE AS A PROBLEM SOLVER. THE SCULPTURE IS DESIGNED AS A BLIND GUIDED WEAPONS SYSTEM. IT WILL CERTAINLY HIT SOMETHING, JUST NOT ITS INTENDED TARGET. Blind Arrow Systems was also shown at the Alfred Exhibition at Chateau Neuf in Oslo, celebrating the Centennial of  The Nobel Peace Prize in 2001. The military markings were  removed  in 2002. and later painted in a slightly darker grey. A white base (see here) was also tried in 2006.
